Hey there and welcome, I’m so glad you found me!! My name is Christina, my friends call me “Rizzo”- so can you and I’m your new favorite beauty professional who’s got an incredible eye for detail and a hardcore commitment to excellence. With 15 lucky years and counting in the beauty industry, I finally opened my own salon in October 2021. I’m a curly hair expert, men’s grooming specialist, master hair cutter & stylist, and hair care enthusiast. I have yet to meet a mane I can’t tame! Additionally, I am a Certified Pureologist and Ambassador for Pureology and have been for 13 years. I made Ambassador of the Year only six months after being certified. Once upon a time I also did competitions for publications and my work has been published 4 times. We are also a Brazilian Blowout Certified Salon! I was Valedictorian of my cosmetology graduating class both in theory and on the floor. I was the lead colorist, a mentor to my peers, assisting in applying new curriculum, number one in sales while also having the most return guests as a student. Most of whom followed me to my first salon company where I did an apprenticeship with one of the top stylists in the DFW area. My mentor has continued to impact my career and I am truly grateful for the years we worked together. Uncompromising quality, outstanding customer service is what I love to offer at my studio - plus, the added bonus of great music and conversation in a more low key, personal setting. Cancellation Policy
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% for any no-shows and late cancellations. •Rescheduling is permitted and needs to be done 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid a rescheduling fee of 50%.
(Reminders are sent 72 hours in advance via email or text based on your selected preference) **Please note that you may be considered a no-show if you are 10 or more min late for your scheduled appointment and have not made contact with 9 Lives Hair Co.
Same week rescheduled appointments with the 48 hours+ advance notice incur no fee. •Same day cancellations & request to reschedule can incur a 50% rebooking fee. •ALL no call/no show/late and/or same day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 100%. After 3 no shows a deposit of 100% of service will be required to schedule.
It is the business’ discretion to decide if the fee is applied. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments. You are expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is rendered complete.
